How to purchase a NSW 88B Document

88B Documents can be purchased on Landchecker in two ways; on the Document Searches page under Standard Searches or through your Order Manager under Related Products after a Title has been purchased.

Purchasing a 88B document through the Order Manager

1. Purchase a NSW Title document first, and have it successfully fulfil

2. Navigate to the Order Manager, under your Profile by Selecting Business Account

3. Locate the NSW Title document in the Order Manager, and select View More next to the Completed Status

4. Scroll down to the Related Products

5. Enter the Job Reference if applicable

6. Select the tickbox next to the NSW 88B document(s) you require and select Add selected items to shopping cart

7. Select your shopping cart icon in the navigation bar

8. Click Go To Checkout

9. Once you are happy with your selection for Delivery method and Payment method, click Buy Now

Purchasing a Dealing on the Document Searches page, under Standard Searches

1. Click on Standard Searches tab in the Document Searches page navigation bar

2. Select State - NSW. Then select Next

3. Select 88B Search to expand the dropdown

4. Enter the Plan Number into the textbox (e.g. SP1234)

5. Enter the Job Reference if applicable

6. Select +Add to Cart

7.Select your shopping cart icon in the navigation bar

8. Click Go To Checkout

9. Once you are happy with your selection for Delivery method and Payment method, click Buy Now
