Where a property is impacted by flooding, Melbourne Water or the Catchment Management Authority will be able to provide an estimated flood level based on the 1 in 100 year flood event (or an event that has a 1% chance of occurring in any given year). The flood level is provided as a level to Australian Height Datum or may be expressed as a height above natural surface.
