NSW Sub Folio Inquiry

A NSW sub folio inquiry provides a list of any sub folios associated with the base title.

All you need is a base title reference to get a list of all sub folios for that specific property. When adding the base title reference for a NSW sub folio inquiry, make sure the format is in DP or SP (e.g. SP or DP: 15/SP40574).

Landchecker allows you to conduct a NSW sub folio inquiry for free. The search will provide a list of related sub folio lots with their corresponding title reference, status, share details and first owner name. You can then use the title reference to order the NSW Title(s). Simply create an account here to start your search.

What details are in a sub folio inquiry?

A sub folio inquiry search will provide you with the following information:

    Title reference

    Link

    Name

    Status

    First Owner Name
