Stonnington City Council – Service interruption for critical software updates

The City of Stonnington has advised that they are transitioning to a new software platform for civic services. During this changeover, the Council’s property database will be unavailable from close of business 10 October until late October 2025.

As a result, Land Information Certificates, Building Approval 51 (1), Building Approval 51 (2), and Stormwater Legal Point of Discharge Certificates will all be unavailable to order during this period.

We expect certificate services to resume by 31 October 2025. Any updates or changes to this timeframe will be communicated as soon as they become available.

State Revenue Office (SRO) – Certificates for property settlements in 2026

End: 01-01-2026 22:00 AEST

The SRO has advised that all certificate requests with a settlement date in 2026 will not be assessed or issued until after 2 January 2026.

If the settlement date is moved back into 2025, please advise us via email so we can update the SRO to review and issue the certificate accordingly.
