State Revenue Office (SRO) – Certificates for property settlements in 2026

The SRO has advised that all certificate requests with a settlement date in 2026 will not be assessed or issued until after 2 January 2026.

If the settlement date is moved back into 2025, please advise us via email so we can update the SRO to review and issue the certificate accordingly.
