How to follow-up on documents that are past the estimated delivery date

1. Check the Status of your documents from orders in your Order Manager

2. If the document status is still With Authority and it has surpassed the Est. Date Delivery, contact Landchecker Support by emailing support@landchecker.com.au with your Order Details (please include the email address the order was placed with, date ordered, and product(s) that have not fulfilled). Our friendly support team will be in touch within 1 business day.
