Order multiple titles directly from the Document Searches page under Title Search in a matter of minutes.

Select search by volume/folio and separate the numbers using a semi-colon to bulk order titles for properties in Victoria, eliminating the need to select each title individually.

Purchase Titles in Bulk via Projects

We’re currently upgrading Projects to give you more options to purchase titles in bulk. After creating a project, you will soon have the ability to select multiple properties within a project and purchase their titles in one go.

Whether it’s a few properties or the entire project, this feature saves you time and simplifies your workflow.

Upload a CSV File of Addresses in Projects

If you have an existing list of property addresses, the time spent manually entering and verifying data can lead to delays and frustration, especially when you need to process bulk document searches.

With Projects, you can upload a CSV file, validate the address with our map, and soon be able to perform a bulk document search. This saves you time and ensures accurate results, so you can move your projects forward fast.

Before uploading your CSV file, ensure that your document is arranged with the following fields: Unit, Street number, Street name, Street type, Suburb, Postcode and State. The maximum import size is 1000 properties.

Once you’ve placed your bulk order via Document Searches or Projects, depending on your chosen delivery method, the documents will be emailed to you.

The documents will also be available in the Order Manager as they are fulfilled where you can bulk download the documents, further simplifying the process of doing bulk document searches in Landchecker. With our easy-to-use platform, you can save time while handling complex title searches.
