How to verify Auto Console titles before purchasing.

A CT Inquiry ascertains whether a parcel reference is part of a Auto Consol or a stand-alone title. See steps below on how to complete a CT Inquiry.

Via the Documents tab in the right hand side panel

Search for the property you are looking for in the Landchecker map experience

In the right hand side panel select the ‘DOCUMENTS’ tab.

If there are multiple titles select a CT Inquiry, add to cart and checkout first to check if it's an Auto Consol or a stand-alone title.

If it’s an Auto Consol the CT Inquiry will say so next to the Folio. (see image)

Via the Document Search Page

Head over to the Document Searches page

Select the STANDARD SEARCHES tab and select NSW

Scroll down to the 6th line item called CT Inquiry and toggle open. Here you can add a title reference and click add to cart.

From here head over to the order manager and select view more on the CT Inquiry to access the document. It will display next to the folio if the parcel is part of an Auto Consol. (see image below)
