How to Purchase Related Documents After Ordering a Title Search

When you order a Title Search, Landchecker checks the title for any dealings or instruments it references, such as transfers, mortgages or caveats. If related documents are found, you can purchase them directly.

You can access related documents from your search results as soon as the Title Search is complete, or later from your Order Manager. Follow the steps below for either option.

Purchase Related Documents from Your Search Results

Once your Title Search order is complete, follow these steps:

In your search results, find the Title Search order and click VIEW RELATED DOCUMENTS.

A Related Documents panel opens on the right, showing any documents referenced on the title, such as a Dealing Search for a transfer or mortgage.

Tick the checkbox next to each document you want to purchase.

Add a Job Reference if you'd like it to appear against this order in your Order Manager and invoice.

Click Add to Cart to keep shopping, or Buy Now to complete the purchase straight away.

Purchase Related Documents from the Order Item Summary Page

If you'd like to purchase related documents after you've left your search results, you can find them again through your Order Manager:

Click your profile icon in the top right corner, select Business Account, then go to the Order Manager tab.

Find your completed Title Search order and click View More to open the Order Item Summary page.

Scroll down to Related Products, where Landchecker lists documents related to the title.

Tick the checkbox next to each document you want, then click Add to Cart and complete checkout.

Note: Related documents only appear when Landchecker identifies a matching dealing on the title. If no related documents are listed, none were found for that title.
