How to Order a Title and Valuation Details in SA

Valuation details provide valuation information about a land area or property including the owner’s name, parcel details and valuation details. Valuation details can be used by home buyers and investors to research property type and improvements, and obtain current and previous site and capital values.

You can complete a valuation detail search on Landchecker via the Document Searches page under Standard Searches. If you also need a copy of the title along with the valuation details, you can purchase these documents as a package directly from the Map or through Standard Searches.

Purchasing Title and Valuation Details Package

Title and valuation details package provides details about the registered proprietor, estate type, description of land, last sale details, constraints, building details and valuation details.

There are two ways to order a title and valuation details package; directly from the Map and through the Document Searches page under Standard Searches.

1. If you’re buying the document directly from the map, you’ll need to search for the property using the address search bar on the top left corner of the map. Then click the Documents tab on the right-hand side panel to view the documents available for purchase.

If you’re placing an order via Standard Searches, you’ll only need a Title Identifier to add your order to your shopping cart.

2. Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar. You can choose View Cart to review your order or Purchase to quickly buy the document. If you choose View Cart, double-check your order and click Go To Checkout.

3. Select your preferred Delivery and Payment Method, and click Buy.

Delivery Methods:

Send a separate email for each order item - best for orders with documents that have varying estimated times of delivery.

Send one email including all order items - get one email with all documents attached once they have all been fulfilled.

Send no email and notify me for each order item with an in-app notification - you won’t receive an email and can download your fulfilled documents from your Order Manager.

Purchasing Valuation Details through Document Searches under Standard Search

You’ll need the valuation number of the land area or property to complete a valuation details search in SA. The valuation number can be found in the Title Details.

1. Click on Document Searches in the navigation bar and go to the Standard Searches tab. Select State - SA and click Next.

2. Enter a job reference. Then under the list of products, click on Valuation Details and add the valuation number. Then click +Add to Cart.

3. Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar. You can choose View Cart to review your order or Purchase to quickly buy the document. If you choose View Cart, double-check your order and click Go To Checkout.

4. Select your preferred Delivery and Payment Methods and then click Buy.
