The next evolution of Landchecker has arrived
Landchecker is pleased to announce its next evolution with the release of Landchecker Professional and Landchecker Essentials, two new products designed to help businesses work efficiently and make informed property decisions, faster.
Landchecker was born in late 2015 when three like-minded property professionals, frustrated with the existing property information resources, set out to build a better alternative. Their vision was simple but the undertaking was ambitious; democratise property information and make it accessible, transparent and useful.
Since then, the number of professionals on the site has grown exponentially, as businesses grapple with wasted time and effort sourcing property information from various websites and databases.
Adam Gandolfo, CEO of Landchecker says, “We currently have upwards of 15,000 property professionals each month relying on the information and tools provided by Landchecker. We’ve been working closely with professionals, to understand their challenges when it comes to sourcing and drawing insights from property information.”
Landchecker has invested in its infrastructure to ensure they can continue to provide up-to-date and reliable data, now, and into the future. The most frequently accessed tools have been enhanced based on user feedback and new functionality has been released to help businesses gain new insights.
Landchecker Professional is designed for teams, making it easy to extend Landchecker access company-wide. While Landchecker Essentials is for individuals working alone who may not require advanced tools. The new subscription plans are affordable and flexible, with a month-to-month payment option and the ability to add-on functionality to suit various businesses.
Adam Gandolfo continues, “Landchecker has been available largely as a free product for the previous five years. In order to have robust infrastructure to provide reliable and up-to-date data with advanced tools, we’ve restricted functionality in the free version. This will allow us to provide Landchecker into the future.
We are committed to the continued development of Landchecker, including finalising our national expansion plans, incorporating new functionality and working closely with our partners. Although the business has evolved, our underlying goal remains the same, to continue to make property information accessible, transparent and useful.”
Between 18th May and 31st July, all registered users received a free Landchecker Essentials trial to support them while they adjusted to the challanges brought on by Covid-19. The Essentials trial ends on 31st August 2020.
