Here’s what’s new in Landchecker early April 2024

Property Details API

Customers can now access property details data including zones, land size, site dimensions orientation and frontage on a property searched for via the Landchecker API. Planning permit/DAs API

Customers can now also access planning permit/DA data by searching a property along with the above mentioned property details via the Landchecker API. EMR searches now available in Landchecker

QLD Environmental Management and Contaminated Land Registers reports are now available in Landchecker’s Queensland offering. Reports are available on all Queensland properties and can be found in the documents tab in the right hand side panel and via standard searches on the document searches page.

Corelogic data update

Corelogic sales history data added to premium property reports in Victoria.
