How to follow-up on documents that are past the estimated delivery date

Landchecker offers competitively priced documents and certificates for the states of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.

After you have ordered a document or certificate, you can check the estimated delivery date in the Order Manager tab. The estimated fulfilment date varies depending on the document or certificate you ordered.

Here's how you can check the estimated fulfilment date and status of your order:

1. Click your Profile in the top right corner and select My Account or Business Account

2. Check the Status of your documents from orders in your Order Manager

3. If the document status is still With Authority and has surpassed the Est. Delivery date, contact Landchecker Support by emailing support@landchecker.com.au with your Order Details (please include the email address the order was placed with, the date ordered and product(s) that have not been fulfilled). Our friendly Support team will be in touch within 1 business day.
