How to delete my account - Admin and Owner on active plan
We're so sorry to hear you want to delete your Landchecker account. To delete your account please follow these step by step guide:
If the DELETE LANDCHECKER ACCOUNT button is disabled it means that you have an active plan or are currently part of an active business account. To enable this button you must not have an active plan or business account attached to it.
Please leave the business account you are currently part of. As an account owner, you must assign a different member of your business account as account owner and they must remove you from this business account.
Head to My Account located under your profile on the top right of the screen.
Select the Account Details tab
Scroll down and select the button titled DELETE LANDCHECKER ACCOUNT
Confirm you wish to permanently DELETE your account
Type your password
Select DONE to proceed with deleting your account
