How to create your branded premium report covers
Customers on Advanced and Enterprise plans can create their own branded premium property report covers. Simply follow these steps to learn how to edit the covers to your liking:
1. Select a property and select ‘View Report’ in the right-hand side information panel.
2. If you are on the Advanced or Enterprise plan, you will see the ability to turn on/off the report cover in the ‘Select data for custom report’ section on the left-hand side.
3. Once checked, the ‘Customise Cover Details’ section will appear above the report cover preview that precedes the report.
4. From here, you can edit the following criteria:
a. Company name
b. Brand colour and Font colour
c. Prepared by details such as name, email, phone number and profile picture
d. Report information such as the report title, subtitle and prepared for fields
e. Cover template including the cover design and background image

How to edit the cover design
After choosing the orientation (portrait or landscape) for your cover design, you can click the pencil icon to customise the cover image.
There are two ways to add a cover image for your premium property report.
1. Upload your own image
Select and upload a custom cover image from your computer.
2. Browse our free photo library
Choose from professionally curated images organised by property type (land, commercial, industrial, development, apartments, childcare, and medical) in both portrait and landscape orientations.
