How to cancel a plan - admin and owner on active plan

Thank you for using the Landchecker app and we’re sorry to see you go.

Obviously we’d love to have you back. If you change your mind, we have exclusive discounts we can apply to your account. Please email support@landchecker.com.au if you would like to take up this offer.

If you wish to proceed with the cancellation process, please follow the steps below.

1. Head to your Profile in the top right corner and select Business Account

2. Click the Plan tab where your current plan details will be displayed

3. From here, you can select Edit Plan or Cancel

NOTE: Only an admin member can cancel a Landchecker plan and your current plan needs to be cancelled and not in pending cancellation status. Make sure you are under Business Account and not My Account.
