A few little things to improve your app experience

We are pleased to let our members know about some recent additions to the Landchecker application. Whether you’re scoping out a potential location or evaluating a specific property, you will benefit from a few new function improvements like the localities overview, land size toggle and download PDF property reports.

The localities feature, listed under due diligence, adds an outline of neighbouring suburbs and their boundaries to the map. Like the municipalities feature, this extra layer provides a clear and broad overview of suburbs and towns relative to your subject property or site.

By adjusting the land size toggle in the property information panel, you can now choose your units of measure according to what best suits your property type and location. For example, a developer in rural Victoria would opt to view the selected land area in acres or hectares rather than square metres. Since Landchecker has expanded into regional and interstate territory, it’s the minor additions like these that improve the overall application experience for our members.

And finally after numerous request from our members we have added the ability to download our premium property reports directly to your downloads in order to speed up and improve our members workflow.
