Here’s what's new in Landchecker Mid May 2025

New document search process for properties with multiple lots in Vic

Customers purchasing Victorian documents can now complete a volume folio lookup at the beginning of their search to see what volume folios are released to the property.

This helps solve issues where there are multiple lots on a single property.

Premium Report limit now enforced on Standard Plans

Landchecker are now enforcing Premium Report limits for Standard users. When selecting the VIEW REPORT button Standard Plan customers will be directed to

Multiple Lots

Customers can now view all lot plan numbers on properties with multiple lots in the LOT/PLAN section on the PROPERTY DETAILS in the right hand side pane.

Improvements to Documents TAB on the right hand side panel

As we add more property documents to our product suite the need for a more interactive streamlined interface was required. Customers purchasing documents in the on map experience can now toggle sections within this area to find the documents they need quicker.
