Here’s what's new in Landchecker late November 2025

Hover lots on multi lot properties
All customers can now identify the correct individual lot and plan number linked to the address on multi lot properties by hovering the lots in the right hand side panel to see the associated area on the map.

Add notes and show hide dimensions on consolidated sitesYou asked and we listened, Advanced and Enterprise customers can now toggle on/off the dimensions on consolidated sites. 

Action Bar on for editing shapes on the mapNeed to quickly identify and edit a shape on the map. We have added an action bar to complete these tasks in context to the area you are working on. 

Search by owner’s name for properties in New South WalesNeed to find what properties in NSW an individual or company owns? Simply head over to the title search page and select search by individual or organisation and follow the steps to complete the search.
