Completed shapes, measurements and markups are saved to the cloud
Completed shapes, measurements, and markups are now automatically saved to the cloud.
Previously, these items were stored locally, leading to potential data loss upon clearing your browser cache or when accessing your account from a different computer or browser.
With this feature, you can seamlessly switch between devices or work environments without the worry of losing the shapes, measurements, and markups you’ve added on the map.
Here’s how to check the sync status for your completed shapes, measurements, and markups:

Synced: Your shapes, measurements, or markups are now saved in the cloud, backed up and ready to go on any of your devices.
Syncing: We're uploading your shapes, measurements, or markups to the cloud. Please ensure you have a good internet connection to successfully sync your files to the cloud.
Syncing Failed or Reconnecting: Something went wrong during syncing. Double-check your connection. Once you’re back online, the syncing process will resume.
If you're connected and it's still not working, try again later or use the live in-app chat button to contact our support team.
