How to show or hide the bounding box

After drawing a polygon, rectangle, line or circle on the map, you may see a light border around it. This is the bounding box, which gives you a rectangle border covering the area included in your completed shape or measurement.

Follow the steps below to remove the bounding box when you are in Draw Mode.

1. Click the three dots on the top right corner of the Tools panel and select Settings

2. Tick off the checkbox beside ‘Show bounding box’ to remove it

3. Click the checkbox again to unhide the bounding box
