How to purchase a NSW Lease Folio Data Extract Document

A lease folio data extract document provides a list of lease folios and related data in a commercial lease complex or a retirement village. The document includes details about the lessee's names, mortgages and variations or leases affecting the lease folio.

You can buy this document through the Document Searched page on the Landchecker app.

1. Click on Standard Searches tab in the Document Searches page navigation bar

2. Select State - NSW. Then select Next

3. Select Lease Folio Data Extract Report to expand the dropdown

4. Enter the Head Title Reference (e.g. DP828461), Lease Folio, or Lease Complex Name into the textbox

5. Enter the Job Reference if applicable

6. Select +Add to Cart

7. Select your shopping cart icon in the navigation bar

8. Select View Cart to review your order or select Purchase to proceed to checkout

9. If you chose the View Cart option, double-check your order and click Go To Checkout

9. Once you are happy with your selection for Delivery method and Payment method, click Buy
