How to complete an ASIC search

ASIC search provides information on organisations and business names recorded on ASIC’s registers. These are the ASIC searches you can conduct on Landchecker:

ASIC Current Company Extract

ASIC Historical Company Extract

ASIC Relational Extract

ASIC Current Company Extract + PPSR Report

ASIC Historical Company Extract + PPSR Report

ASIC Certificate Of Incorporation

Follow the steps below to conduct an ASIC search on Landchecker.

1. Click Document Searches in the top navigation bar and select Company Search. Enter the company/business name, ABN, ACN, ARBN or ARSN in the search details box and click Search.

2. Choose the company you want to search from the list of company names provided. Then, add a Job Reference that will help you easily locate the document when it is available for download in your Order Manager.

Tick the check box next to the company product you want to purchase and click Add selected items to shopping cart.

3. Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar to checkout and purchase the ASIC document.

You can choose either View Cart to review your order or Purchase to skip the checkout page and quickly buy the document. If you choose View Cart, double-check your order and click Go To Checkout.

4. The est. delivery time varies depending on the document. If your order is not delivered on time, read this article on how to follow up on documents that are past the estimated delivery date.
