How to complete a standard search in Vic for EPA certificate

The Priority Sites Register (PSR) lists all sites for which EPA believes present an unacceptable risk to health or the environment due to contamination.

If you need an EPA certificate, you can do so in the Landchecker app through the Document Searches, under Certificate Searches.

1. Click on Document Searches in the navigation bar

2. Click on Certificate Searches

3. Select the property identifier you wish to Search By, then select Search. Property Identifiers include;

    Address

    Council Number

    Crown Description

    Lot/Plan

    SPI

    Volume/Folio

4. Enter the Job Reference if applicable

5. Scroll down to the Certificates section

6. Then select tickbox beside Extract of Priority Sites Register

7. Click Add selected items to shopping cart

8. Select your shopping cart icon in the navigation bar

9. Select View Cart to review your order or select Purchase to proceed to checkout

10. If you chose the View Cart option, double-check your order and click Go To Checkout

11. Once you are happy with your selection for Delivery Method and Payment Method, click Buy
