Here’s what’s new in Landchecker in December 2023

• Australian Capital Territory
  ‍We are pleased to announce that Landchecker customers can now access property data for the ACT including searching addresses, zones, overlays, bushfire prone areas, permits and high resolution aerial imagery. This data is available on the map as well as in the property reports.

• Victorian Document Search Improvements
  • Address matching improvements when ordering Victorian property documents.
  • Victorian Certificates now addressed to the organisation and not the individual that ordered the document.

  ‍Extra information that was missing on the title is now fixed.

• Notifications bugfix
  ‍Previous page loading issue when customer has 100+ notifications now fixed
