Use Search Radius to Check What's Happening Around Any Site

Search nearby permits faster using the new search radius under planning permits. This feature is useful for valuation, due diligence checks, or scoping out an area. Every address also gets a clearer timeline and status breakdown on the right-hand side panel. 

Track NSW's Fast-Tracked Housing Approvals

NSW Housing Development Authority (HDA) proposals are now available in your property panel and property reports. See the EOI reference, HDA recommendation, meeting date, Minister's decision, dwelling count and a link to the official briefing for any property, with every proposal shown if a site has more than one.

Save Your Preferred Report Cover 

Choose a default cover image and Landchecker will remember it for future Premium Property Reports, so you don't need to select it each time.

See the Right Property Identifier for Your State 

Property identifiers in the property panel and Premium Property Report now use the correct terminology for each state, so what you see matches official records.

In New South Wales, Planning Permits are now called Development Applications, and the 10-year limit on permit history has been removed too, for a fuller picture of any site.
