Introducing Site Consolidation

Here’s what's new in Landchecker, 1 October 2024

We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest feature: Site Consolidation! This new feature was developed with our customer’s feedback in mind, empowering you to enhance your feasibility analyses.

Upgrade to Advanced to access Site Consolidation
Instantly see the consolidated land size, frontage, orientation and zoning of your selected properties.

What's New?

Using Site Consolidation, you can now select multiple properties on the Landchecker map to create a combined site.

You can select and combine neighbouring properties to assess the development potential of a site, or you can select distant properties nationally across Australia to view combined property information for an existing asset list.

Combined data includes:

Land size - See the total area of your consolidated site or selected properties.

Frontage - Calculate the combined street frontage.

Zones - Understand the planning zones affecting your consolidated site.

Orientation - Know the orientation of your consolidated site for better planning.

This feature was created to help make researching and assessing development potential easier than ever. Find out more about this release including how to use it here.

Site Consolidation is now available to all members on our Advanced and Enterprise Plans.
