How to track your monthly Premium Property Report limit (Standard Plan Members)

Keep track of the number of Premium Property Reports you’ve viewed for the month by checking the tracker on the top right corner of the reports page below the Download button.

When you select View Report on the right-hand side information panel and open a Premium Property Report, this counts as 1 view from your monthly limit of 10.

You can open or download a report for the same property address more than once, the limit applies to a total of 10 properties.

NOTE: Any unused Premium Property Reports from your monthly limit do not roll over to the following month, the limit is reset on the 1st of each month.

If you have more than one member on your Standard Plan, each member brings an allowance of 10 Premium Property Reports per month. For example, if there are two members on your Standard Plan, you have a limit of 20 Premium Property Reports per month which is shared between the two members.

If you need to view more than 10 premium property reports but you’ve reached your monthly limit, you can purchase a report.

Click Add to Cart and you’ll be redirected to the checkout page, which displays the total cost of your order. Then click Buy to purchase the report.

Your Premium Property Report will be emailed to you within a few minutes, and will also be available in your Order Manager to download.

Another option is to upgrade to Advanced to get unlimited Premium Property Reports and ensure uninterrupted access.

Advanced customers can also create branded premium report covers. Choose from three designs and a wide range of images covering different property types including apartments, land, commercial, industrial, education and more.

You will also have the ability to edit the logo, brand and text colour as well as fields such as report title and subtitle, prepared by name, email, phone number and profile picture and other details.
