How to Order Certificates When a Property has Multiple Titles or Accessory Lots

When a Victorian property has multiple titles (including accessory lots), you can submit a single application by entering all known Volume/Folio numbers in Landchecker. This ensures all relevant titles are included, while avoiding duplicate Land Index fees.

1. Go to Document Searches in the top navigation bar.

2. Select Certificate Searches and choose Volume/Folio as the search identifier.

3. Enter the Volume/Folio numbers for all titles, then click Search.

When entering the volume/folios, you just need to include a semicolon (;) and a space in between each one.

4. Proceed with processing your order

Select the documents and certificates you wish to purchase

Review your order and proceed to the checkout page
