How to import a list of properties to a Project
Have a list of property addresses you’d like to upload into the Landchecker platform to create a Project?
Create a new project or add more properties to an existing project faster by importing a list of addresses using a CSV file. This saves you time and ensures accurate results, mapping your addresses to properties on the map.
Once you’ve imported the properties, you can reach out to our dedicated team for bulk document searches if you need to get a copy of Title for all properties in your Project.
1. Click your profile on the top right corner and select Projects. Select Create New Project or select an existing Project where you want to import a list of new properties.

2. Inside your Project, click Import and upload a CSV file containing a list of properties you want to add to the Project.

Before uploading your CSV file, ensure that the CSV file has columns arranged with the following fields: Unit, Street number, Street name, Street type, Suburb, Postcode and State. See the image below for a sample CSV file.
The maximum import size is 1000 properties. If you have more than 1,000 properties to upload, please reach out to our Team for assistance.
3. If there are unsuccessfully mapped properties, click search for property to locate the correct property address. Select set property to add this property to your project.

4. If you’re unable to match the property address, you can click the check box beside search for property to remove the unsuccessfully mapped properties.

5. Once you’ve searched or removed the unsuccessfully mapped properties, click View Project to check the properties you have successfully imported.
