Conduct document searches in Landchecker and save time

Landchecker makes land and property information accessible, bringing all the essential information into one place to speed up the due diligence process. Titles, instruments and company searches are now available on Landchecker, further streamlining the process of gathering land and property information.

Document searches are an essential step during property transactions, renovations and new builds.

Jim Leaf, Managing Director at Landchecker explains “Document searches are often conducted alongside other property checks such as discovering planning constraints. Our customers are excited they can now do this all in one place as it represents a significant time saving”.

Type an address into Landchecker and you can instantly see information such as planning zones, overlays affecting the property, and planning permits nearby. From this view, simply select which documents you require and they will be sent to your email and also available to download in the Order Manager.

“When we spoke to property professionals, they often mentioned that conducting document searches is frustrating, due to the number of clicks it takes to obtain the required information. We worked with these professionals to design the new document search experience in Landchecker and we are excited to launch it to the market today,” says Leaf.

Titles, instrument and company searches are currently available to property professionals in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
